Capitalism needs a new social contract

Abstract Capitalism needs a new social contract to better manage the consequences of technology and an increasingly diverse flexible workforce. That should retain benefits flexibility but do job providing security in form mandatory benefits, putting floor on incomes, investing far more helping workers adapt economic shocks rising automation. It also means deal with business that would achieve level playing field how capital labour are taxed.
